I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals navigate life’s toughest challenges and discover their true potential. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker and life coach, licensed to practice in seven States: Indiana, Nevada, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Oregon. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. My approach combines my clinical expertise with life coaching techniques, allowing me to offer a holistic, personalized experience.
