Introduction

Intuitive Wellness specializes in NARM® and SE™ for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, chronic stress and illness from a heart centered, somatic and relational lens.  These specialized trauma modalities are designed to address these issues, including shock trauma, developmental, attachment and relational trauma. How we relate to ourselves, our internal experience, our interactions with others and the world around us, is so foundational to healing.  I have specialized, advanced training as a Trauma Therapist in Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) and the NARM® Model (NeuroAffective Relational Model®).  I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® (SEP) and NARM Master Therapist. Training in these models allows me to offer an integrated top-down & bottom-up approach for my clients that most traditional therapies do not offer. Both models are an ideal combination for to addressing trauma (developmental, relational and shock trauma), anxiety, chronic stress.
