I am a Licensed master's social worker dedicated to helping children, families, and individuals cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and daily life stressors. I am passionate about working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe in a strength-based, person-centered approach. Sometimes, individuals and families need some guidance and support. I utilize play therapy techniques, sand tray, and talk therapy. I work with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, parenting concerns, behavior challenges, and family challenges. I have many years of lived experience as a parent and survivor of trauma. I also have a degree in early childhood education with over 20 years of experience working with young children, as well as experience with parenting and families. I have education, training, and experience in different modes of therapy. I work with individual clients and family systems, exploring strengths and needs to achieve goals and promote growth. Your time in my office is exactly that: your time. My office is a judgment-free space where you are safe to be who you are, explore things that need to be explored and express yourself in the ways you need to. I want you to feel heard and accepted in our time together.
