I create a warm and collaborative atmosphere where you can freely explore your lived experiences, anxieties, and hopes for yourself. My approach to therapy involves deep listening. I have trained in psychodynamic therapy, meaning that we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors at a profound level to illuminate not only the roots of current suffering, but also help you understand your strengths, passions, and desires more intimately. In our work together, we can better understand your patterns, empowering you to make conscious choices and break free from self-limiting cycles. I work with many adults on issues of identity, dating, and career. My clinical experience also includes working with depression, anxiety, substance use, and self esteem. I also have postgraduate training in dissociative processes, disturbances in eating and addictions and am currently a psychoanalytic candidate in training in New York City. (IPSS).
