Introduction

I'm experienced and excited to work with adults in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing difficulties in their lives due to relationship issues, life transitions and mental health concerns. My calm and open approach addresses these difficulties by creating a space where you can feel safe and comfortable to speak honestly and begin to uncover patterns in thinking and behaviors to better understand their origins. This enables you to begin to accept or change them and to heal from any pain they have caused.
