Introduction

April began her career as a parent educator for a non-profit before shifting her focus to nutrition, studying traditional, ancestral-based diets. While helping people improve their health, she noticed a gap between the desire to be healthy and the ability to follow through. This led her back to counseling, where she reconnected with early childhood development and found a way to blend all her passions into a holistic practice. Believing that well-being is nurtured through multiple avenues, April supports families and caregivers on their journey toward connection and growth. She has studied Synergetic Play Therapy and Family Constellations, integrating both into her work. Additionally, she serves as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, incorporating Conscious Discipline to support childcare settings. April finds joy in helping caregivers understand their children, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges. She also deeply values working with children in all their expressive diversity, creating a space where they can explore, heal, and thrive.
