Sometimes life can be overwhelming. Maybe you've been thrown a curve ball or day-to-day life simply feels unmanageable. Perhaps you have felt this way for a long time, or maybe it's something new. We all have times in our lives when we need a little extra help and talking to someone about your experiences can be really helpful! I'm able to be more objective than friends or family may be, and I can provide tools and insight that others may not offer. You're the captain of your own ship, but maybe you need a little help finding your course and navigating the (sometimes treacherous) waters of life; I want to help you do just that! I have experience working in many areas and with many different people. I particularly enjoy working with people who are ready to take steps (like reaching out to a therapist) to feel better, regardless of their diagnosis. The most important factor about finding a good therapist is finding someone who is a good fit for YOU! Whether it's their style, personality, skill set, or other qualities, the fit is what makes it work! The best way to find out if I'm a good fit for you is to reach out. If I'm not the best fit I will do my best to help you find them!
