I use Spiritually-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help Christian women identify abuse, set boundaries, heal from trauma, resolve anger, and find acceptance for realities unlikely to change. Spiritually-Informed Internal Family Systems therapy helps clients identify parts of the self that have been "exiled" as a result of trauma or pain and need compassion and healing.
