Introduction

Have you lost interest in what used to bring you joy? Maybe you are numb with shame, worry, or grief. You keep getting hurt. A balanced life of contentment feels out of reach. When your body is not OK, thoughts can become intrusive. Life is unbearably painful. Social activities, self-care, and relationships may feel overwhelming. You have tried so hard and have not found peace! Increased confidence, relief from suffering, and stronger self-compassion are possible as we gently work to restore balance. With practice, we’ll quiet your inner critic and strengthen a wise and kind internal friend. You’ll know when your body is in survival mode and distinguish between autonomic responses of fight, flight, freeze, or people-please. As you connect with feelings in your body and become curious about your thoughts, you will identify the stressors in your life. Your body will become a place of nurture, guidance, and protection. For the past two decades, I have listened to and walked a healing path with highly distressed individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have a rich set of tools in my therapy toolbox with training in a wide range of therapy modalities. Together we'll find the tools that work best for you. I am especially effective in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and PTSD/ C-PTSD. I am also an expert in navigating the cultural landscape of Utah. If you’re motivated to start the work of feeling better, send me an email or text for the fastest response. Let’s start transforming your life!
