In our therapeutic journey, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am trained in and utilize the following treatment modalities; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solutions Focused Therapy.
