Introduction

Seeking a therapist is never easy. I applaud you on your first steps on this journey. Your fit with the therapist is as important as the modality. I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), but I am also trained in Psychodynamic Therapy. I believe in actively engaging clients and checking in on our rapport to ensure the treatment is helping you. Expect to actively work on changing patterns of thinking and behaviors. Similar to trying new equipment at the gym, learning new skills might feel awkward and effortful, but will soon become familiar and routine. I hope to be your personal coach, aiding you in your journey.
