Introduction

I create a safe holding space where people can deeply explore what is blocking them from enjoying their lives to the fullest. Life is going to present challenges, there is no getting around that. What we do now and how we move forward is what matters. I welcome you to come explore your negative beliefs and strengthen new positive adaptive beliefs that allow you to thrive in your daily life. My experiences enable me to effectively work with people on a wide range of problems, including trauma, relationships, low self-esteem, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, addiction recovery. I use a variety of methods in my practice and tailor my approach to your individual preferences, goals and needs. Approaches I utilize are EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, core values work, self-care skills, and Ego state work. I am an EMDRIA EMDR Certified Therapist and approved consultant.
