Antoine has over seven years of experience working with adult males in residential care. He has clinical experience in the areas of trauma, addiction, anger management, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, mental and behavioral health, and spirituality. Antoine can relate to the battle with addiction and the negative emotions connected to using, such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, guilt, shame, failure, and disappointment. As a Christian counselor, Antoine creates a safe, non-judgmental, and open environment for the healing of the whole person. He believes deep down inside a person, there is a yearning to manage and stop the struggle of mental health concerns and addictive behavior. Antoine believes changing one’s interest in what they value will contribute to successful outcomes in addiction recovery. Antoine is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Master Addiction Counseler and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Tracy earned her Master's Degree in Social Work with a Clinical Concentration working with Individuals and Families from Appalachian State University. Tracy has over 15 years experience serving children, adolescents, adults and families in nonprofit mental health agencies, hospice care and the last 7 years in private outpatient counseling. Tracy is passionate about helping individuals come to a place of wholeness and healing, often addressing underlying issues of fear, shame, guilt and feeling "not good enough". Providing a safe- non-judgmental space, Tracy journeys with clients to help address underlying needs and unresolved conflicts fueling present day distress. Areas of special interest, training and experience include serving young adults, women of all ages, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, anger issues, trauma, attachment, relational issues, self-esteem, emotional/psychological/sexual/physical and spiritual abuse, life transitions, addiction issues and improving family life and relationships. Tracy utilizes a holistic and eclectic approach to meeting individuals needs serving the mind/ spirit/ soul and body through evidence-based psychotherapy modalities and Christ-Centered counseling. Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has advanced EMDR training, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Attachment-Based Intervention Specialist Lv II through the American Association of Christian Counselors.
