Over the last 11 years of working in mental health, I have found my passion in working with individuals experiencing Burnout, Compassion fatigue, and those exploring their own identities. Whether you're a caregiver, a helping professional, social justice advocate, or someone with chronic illness, you deserve a sustainable and rewarding life. It is my goal to help you find and embody your authentic self. Using tools developed from mindful self-compassion, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused narrative counseling, I help people reflect on the stories they tell themselves and write narratives that are fulfilling and aligned with your values and belief systems. "We all have to find what best fosters the flowering of our humanity in this contemporary life, and dedicate ourselves to that." - Joseph Campbell As helpers, healers, and survivors we may experience depression, anxiety, shame, imposter syndrome, or low self esteem and it's my goal to help you identify, explore, and care for these complex emotions. Now more than ever we need community, and you are not alone. Continuing to show up during these unprecedented times can be incredibly difficult. In a culture that seems to devalue empathy, I'm here to remind you that your caring is a strength and while you care for others, you also deserve to care for yourself. If you are seeking a place to feel seen and heard, I would love to schedule a consultation with you.
