It's difficult to admit to oneself that they need help, but rest assured, the inevitable part of life is that we face challenges that we are not always equipped to cope with. Degree and clinical license aside, I am every bit as human as any of my clients. I know anxiety and panic very well, and it is one of my greatest passions to help others through it.
