Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in ADHD, Autism, trauma, emotional disorders, grief/loss, and family issues. The main techniques I utilize are Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and EMDR. I have over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teen parents, and adults. As your psychotherapist, my goal is to create an empathetic and accepting space where you feel safe to share your story and express your full self. My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered. I strive to include all aspects of your life so we can identify areas for growth. The initial visit takes about a 45 minutes as we get to know each other and collaborate on how to meet your goals. I use nonjudgmental and active listening in our sessions to remain sensitive to your personal journey. Psychotherapy is very much a process so it takes time to improve, and you won't be alone.
