I believe in a person-centered approach centered on the client-therapist relationship as it is the foundation for growth. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy as we all encounter difficult experiences throughout life. I work with clients using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care. My areas of specialty include adjustment disorder, anxiety, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, depression, grief, parenting skills, relationship difficulties, social skills, stress management, trauma and more. I've been in the field for the past 11 years and graduated with my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University in 2013.
