Hello and welcome to my page. The fact that you are here right now means that you are already taking steps towards achieving your goals. Finding the right therapist can be intimidating, frustrating, or even discouraging at times. I believe that rapport with one's therapist is essential for real change. We would begin with a free consultation call to get to know each other, talk about your background and your vision for yourself, and to have any questions you might have answered. From there, we would collaboratively build a treatment plan for you that utilizes evidence-based therapies. Currently, I offer Individual, Couples, Family, and Group therapy.
