I’m Anthony, I’m a psychotherapist, and I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself. More importantly, I’d like to tell you about how therapy can have a positive impact on your well-being and life. I have multiple years of clinical experience and hold dual master’s degrees. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and couples. I use a number of therapeutic approaches; including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, as well as Jungian and trauma-focused care. All treatment comes with active listening and empathy, and personalized care. In a nonjudgmental, empathic environment, you’ll have a place to express whatever you want, about whatever you want, and together, gain actionable insights that you can use however you choose. I will listen intently to you and provide constructive guidance - getting you from where you are today, to be where you'd like to be tomorrow. No matter the challenges that can happen to us day to day, you’ll know that at the end of the week, there will be someone to share your thoughts and feelings with about them. Just as important as what life’s challenges are, is whether they are faced in isolation or with help of clinical care... I hope to be that help, and hope to hear from you soon.
