Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques are also utilized to help you reframe your thought process to affirm the changes you make while in therapy. For the past 13 years in the mental health field and 9 years as a licensed therapist, it has been my mission to support those experiencing stressful emotions and aid in their healing.
