As a proud native of Ann Arbor, my commitment to mental health has deep roots in this community and across Michigan. Recognizing the profound impact therapy can have in individuals' lives, I ventured to the University of Colorado to pursue my PhD in Clinical Health Psychology before returning to my hometown in Ann Arbor. I completed post-doctoral training at the University of Michigan and now serve as a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry. My specialization lies at the juncture between health psychology and neuropsychology. Beyond my keen interest in addressing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, I have expertise in treating sleep disorders, cognitive dysfunction, ADHD, and functional neurological disorders. Every individual's journey is unique, which is why I emphasize evidence-based interventions tailored to meet your specific needs. In our sessions, you'll find a safe and nurturing space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. Your path to better mental health is a profound one, and I consider it a privilege to be chosen as your guide on this transformative journey and I am here to support you every step of the way.
