Introduction
Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, emphasizing empathy and understanding for yourself throughout the process. Exploring how your mind can impact your physical body or feelings of anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, we can develop the best way to manage mental illness or the various things life throws our way. I use a holistic approach, focusing on the integration of the mind-body connection and the importance of a support team, and would love to work with people of all ages experiencing big life changes, questions about identity, feelings of depression and anxiety, or anything else you are looking to grow through! I am a pre-licensed professional pursuing my Masters' degree and LPCC through St. Mary's University - Minneapolis. In my time as an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, I was fortunate enough to spend time working with the University of Minnesota Spirit Squad and other athletic teams. Growing up as a dancer I was inspired to help other athletes and performing artists maintain mental wellness and navigate identity outside of sport, which led me to the mental health field.
