I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology at Stonehill College, my Masters degree in Counseling from Rhode Island College and continued on to receive my CAGS (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study) at Lesley University. I work primarily with adults (18+) and the older adult population. It is my goal to create a safe, judgement-free space for each individual. Using compassion and understanding, I work with clients to help them build on their strengths and overcome whatever obstacle is in their path. I use a strength-based clinical approach while keeping my therapeutic skills tailored on the individual. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Client Centered, Strengths Based and Mindfulness to meet each clients individual needs. My areas of interest include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Life Transitions, Parenting Challenges, New Mothers and working with Teachers.
