Introduction

I specialize in working with adults at any stage in life struggling with managing ADHD, anxiety and depression. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who understand the unique challenges and experiences that come from living with ADHD and how it coexists with other mental health symptoms, because therapy should be a place where you feel understood and supported in being yourself and living a life that works for you. Sessions with me are collaborative and strengths based to support your personal goals. I strongly believe it is important to look at the whole picture and address symptom management from a holistic perspective. This means we look at the importance of evidence-based lifestyle and wellness factors that support improvement and management of mental health symptoms and improve your quality of life so you can achieve your goals. I am accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual therapy and offering free 15 minute consultation appointments.
