Introduction

I am a licensed therapist in Texas, bringing 23 years of professional experience to my practice. My pronouns are she/her. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to assisting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am also passionate about providing support for LGBTQ+-related issues, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, marriage and relationship challenges, and family conflicts, as well as coping with death, grief, and pet loss. My commitment to each client is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and valued. Our dialogues and treatment plans are meticulously tailored to meet your needs, ensuring a personalized approach to your therapeutic journey. In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I am a certified laughter yoga instructor. This unique qualification allows me to incorporate laughter and joy into our sessions, fostering a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. I recognize the immense courage it takes to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. Supporting and empowering my clients on their self-discovery and personal growth journey is a privilege. I am here to guide you through this process with empathy and expertise, helping you navigate the challenges and celebrate successes.
