Balancing such life challenges as illness, moving, new schools, job stress, social media, and family life can take a toll on us. We each have our own unique story to tell, but sometimes feel as if no one hears. I listen, value your concerns and questions, and work with you to challenge negative perceptions or behaviors we discover along the way. I hold an MA in Educational Psychology specializing in Mental Health Counseling, and am licensed as an LPC, MHSP in Tennessee. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor for those individuals working toward their LPC, MHSP in Tennessee. I have provided services as a crisis specialist, psychiatric hospital for mental health and substance abuse, in-treatment addiction, and in-school therapy for children and teens. As a breast cancer survivor, I work to support cancer patients, survivors, and their families' journey through shock, grief, death, and life. I will listen to you, help you tell your story, and make a positive difference if you need extra support with making long-term, meaningful life changes.
