My name is Annebell Shea. My journey as a Marriage and Family Therapist began while attending church and having regular conversations with couples married and or dating and giving them advice. I would provide talk therapy to friends having relationship issues. The feedback received from friends and family was positive and it stirred up my interest and passion for wanting to help couples become friends again and fall in love with each other. My modalities include Narrative, CBT, and Solution Focused, Brief Strategic Grief counseling. The services I provide will impact each individual serviced not like a one size fits all approach, however, it will include reflective listening and meeting clients where they are while working from a client-centered, professional, family-oriented perspective. Love is beautiful and kind and it will work when the parties involved are willing to fall in love with each other all over again.
