I still remember receiving my first Health Psychology journal as a college student. I was so thrilled to see an emphasis on prevention in psychology. My practice is guided by my commitment to preventative care. I focus on helping others manage stress and anxiety, cultivate loving relationships, and access rewarding work and careers. As a Penn State alumna, I am licensed to practice as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am also Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology and maintain authorization to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT. I specialize in providing psychotherapy services for medical and mental health professionals as well as couples and families.
