Hi everyone! My name is Anne Resler. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am also an author and communicator. My passion is to help clients experience healing and wholeness in their journey, integrating emotional and spiritual aspects into their counseling process. I am trauma informed therapist and EMDR trained. In the therapy process, I use a systemic and attachment lens, integrating IFS and EFT modalities. I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Treatment (NATC) as well as Spiritual Abuse and Trauma.
