Therapy can be tough, but I want you to enjoy your progress as you work with me! If you have a great sense of humor and believe that laughter is the best medicine I may be a good fit for you. We will tailor our approach to your needs and preferences. After each session I typically send a follow up message which contains my thoughts about our session and what you should be focusing on next. We will write a treatment plan with specific goals and action steps and will review it frequently to check on your progress. When you accomplish your goals, we will discuss discontinuing therapy, or developing new goals. I want to help you make real lasting changes. Therapy is my passion and I have been helping clients for over 15 years.
