Introduction

Anne Moigis is an EMDR trained therapist who has worked with children, adolescents and adults of all ages. She has been working in the counseling field for over twenty years. Anne always takes a holistic approach when working with clients. This approach includes empathetic listening, breathwork strategies and mindfulness based practices to assist with anxiety, trauma, focus and depression. She has experience teaching skills and coping strategies to classes and individuals. Anne has also conducted trainings in school settings for parents and teachers. Workshop topics include: "Three Tips for Back to School Anxiety" and "Strategies for Teacher Wellness". It is Anne's hope that every person she works with will discover their own unique way to center.
