Welcome! Going through a difficult time or a time in which you’re flooded with more questions than answers is hard but it can also be an invitation to discover strengths and supports you may not know you had. In therapy, you are invited to take care of yourself with more commitment, find what matters most to you, and listen deeply for answers inside of yourself. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can begin your journey home to yourself. As a Somatic Therapist, I’ll help you slow down and listen to your body and discover how it communicates its needs and feelings to you. When you recover your relationship with your body, your wisdom and intuition will start to guide you, as opposed to the fears, anxieties, and doubts that may currently be running the show. Going through hard stuff is a part of being human. Therapy is an invitation to allow these challenging seasons of life to become passages to becoming the self that you yearn to be.
