Your concerns regarding your behaviors, emotions, personality, and relationships will be treated and improved using Emotionally Focused Therapy with a focus on your attachment relationships. Trauma concerns will be addressed with an understanding that trauma can impact daily function and interactions. Likewise, early relationships and attachment patterns impact our current relationships. Secure attachment is the goal of therapy! I have significant experience diagnosing and treating most disorders of the DSM-5, with strengths in disorders of; personality, bipolar, somatic and related, trauma and stress, anxiety, and depression. I work with clients and couples by regaining stability and improving quality of life. Luckinbill Counseling, PLLC, treats the mental health of children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in the Culpeper area. Therapy provides a safe, trusting, non-judgmental space to work through concerns which are often difficult to share with others. Clients find the offices to be warm and inviting. Parking is ample and easily accessible.
