Introduction

It is my calling and passion to offer a safe and welcoming space to my clients where they can bring their difficulties and work to live a whole and healthy life. I see individuals ages 13 and older as well as couples and families. I have training in the Gottman Method for couples counseling, and I use cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as parts of many other counseling theories that are proven to be effective. I am equipped to incorporate a Christian perspective with years of experience in ministry settings, but only do so at the invitation of my clients. First and foremost, I offer a clinical approach to caring for my clients.
