Introduction

Life can be difficult. Finding a safe place to express your feelings and to understand how to cope with and identify solutions to problems is often challenging. I provide that safe space. I work with clients to express their feelings, identify issues, establish options and choose pathways for change and growth. I am a certified counselor in Domestic Violence and I work with clients who are in crisis who are struggling with pre and post-divorce issues and decisions. I have agency experience working with individuals as they navigate the demands of their personal lives, and the mental health issues that can arise and be impacted by those demands. I am here to listen without judgment to help you determine your path to healing. My practice is focused on empowerment and self-determination.
