Trauma informed treatment Whether you’re looking for trauma focused support to help you recover and heal, or trauma informed support that understands how survivorship can impact all aspects of our lives, I’m here for you. I also offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for c/PTSD, which are manualized (read: get ready for homework!), empirically proven, brief interventions for past, recent, and complex trauma. Understanding how our brains work, and how we can learn to work with our brains instead of against them, opens pathways for healing and can free us from cycles of shame and guilt (you know, that inner voice that tells us we're doing it wrong or not being enough).
