Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has been fully licensed since 2019. I specialize with treating issues such as anxiety, parenting, and family of origin concerns. The environment in which we are "grown" has a significant impact on how we present. Therefore, in therapy together, we will examine your early childhood patterns and environment as well as societal and cultural influences or barriers. I aim to create a warm, inclusive, and non judgmental atmosphere in which we can work on your goals.
