From the moment you step into this cozy studio space whether for individual or group sessions, my hope is for you to feel accepted and supported in your healing and growth, however that may look. We can spend the session exploring your feelings and goals by talking or creating - whichever feels right. You do not need to have any artistic experience here because you already have within you everything you need. It is my job to sit with you and encourage you while you rediscover all of what makes you (beautifully and authentically) YOU.
