Anna Vita is a Professional Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the Psychology and Mental Health Counseling field. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and post-graduation in Humanistic Psychology in Brazil where she worked as a Clinical Psychologist. She holds a Masters degree of Science in Psychology in United States. Anna has worked with a vast number of medical professionals in a collaborative effort to optimize the mental health of the client. She is a highly knowledgeable practitioner who specializes in PTSD, CPTSD, Anxiety Disorders, OCD and Attachment issues. Trained in EMDR, EFT, DBT and CBT, she is able to provide healing for those suffering from emotional distress and traumatic experiences. Anna possesses exceptional skills and insights which she is able to implement with a variety of different approaches to enlighten and inspire the client into a different perspective of the "problem." Adverse childhood experiences can have a significant impact on a person's mental, emotional and physical well being throughout the individual life, shaping and mapping his/hers worldview. Mindfulness, breathing exercises, grounding technique, aromatherapy, body scan, and progressive muscle relaxation are examples of some of the many interventions and techniques that Anna incorporates during her sessions to help client with self-regulation. Here at Innsaei Counseling and Coaching Center we strive for the most genuine and caring environment, focusing on inspiring the client to mindfully develop the ability to create their own reality and achieve self-actualization. Anna provides a humanistic, non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic approach inspired by a psycho-dynamic and psych-analytical observation that embraces the conscious mind and awareness. She is also a trilingual professional, which helps to reach an amazing number of different cultures in need of healing (English, Portuguese and Spanish). Our main goal is to help our clients explore their inner world, gain insight into their personal growth, and develop a more holistic understanding of themselves and their experiences. Anna's approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. Annas' passion for the mind and human nature, keeps her continuously learning and developing as a professional. Anna attends training and workshops regularly to keep her up-to-day with new approaches and to assist the best way possible her clientele needs.
