I’m a queer-identifying and neurodivergent therapist dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive therapeutic space. After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio State University, I moved to Seattle to pursue a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University. My training with this program has a strong focus on social justice oriented therapy, and I recently obtained a certification from the university in sex therapy. Additionally, I have training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe in approaching each person with an open heart and mind, respecting the unique experiences and identities that each person brings into the therapy room. Life is incredibly unpredictable, and I want to help support you in navigating the challenges that it brings.
