I specialize in working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and college students, addressing a variety of issues including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, social skills development, and behavioral concerns. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with polyvagal theory to create a holistic, individualized experience for each client. I also incorporate creative arts and play therapy techniques, particularly with younger clients, to encourage growth and healing in a playful and engaging way. Since I have a deep understanding of the courage it takes to seek support, I strive to cultivate a safe, empathetic space where clients feel understood and empowered. My goal is to guide each person toward well-being by fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience, helping them thrive in their unique journey.
