Deciding to pursue therapy is a personal and often challenging decision. I believe we are all on our own ongoing path of achieving wellness and authenticity. It's a journey. My work is a holistic approach with an emphasis on integrated healing of both the mind and body. My goal is to offer tools and guidance while working together to challenge obstacles along your path. I use a variety of approaches based on individual need, which can range from a typical psychotherapy approach to a holistic approach incorporating reiki and/or mind-body work. At times therapy can be short term & solution focused; and other times, it involves more of an ongoing deep dive, healing the many parts that exist within. My priority is to create a safe and nurturing space for each individual to explore their experiences, tap into inner strengths and guide them towards self-healing.
