I like to make people feel safe, heard, validated, and better. You might be needing alternative thoughts to have less anxiety at work or quick tools for emotional regulation for your relationship, but I would like to take time and explore your past so that you can understand why your mind and body are reacting the way they are now. Self-awareness and mindfulness can be a powerful catalysis for your growth. I practice under cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) framework. I am a Gottman Level 1 trained and EMDR trained therapist and certified with Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy. These therapy frameworks will help you identify obstacles to accept yourself, be compassionate to yourself, create meaningful connections, and grow as a person. I welcome you to my counseling space with empathy and compassion for your cultural background and past experiences. I love working with people from all walks of life, learning from everyone's stories and experiences. I have three years of experience with clients facing depression, anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, PTSD, loss & grief, relationship issues, and parenting issues. I work well with tech workers and medical staffs experiencing burn out, women dealing with relationship and attachment issues, and teens and adults with anxiety, ADHD and PTSD.
