Introduction

Change is hard! Whether you've recently lost a loved one, or you're going through another transition like moving to a new city, starting grad school, or taking on a new role at work or at home, all change includes loss. During these overwhelming and stressful times, finding the right support can help you navigate the ups and downs. As a therapist specializing in grief and loss, I am here to help you honor life's challenges, build on your strengths, and find your balance again. We'll collaborate to clarify your goals and values, and we'll discover how practices like mindfulness and ecotherapy can support your healing. During our therapy sessions, we will use a holistic approach that honors your mind, body, and spirit. My work is informed by my 12+ years of Buddhist study and mindfulness practice. Many of my clients have lived experience with chronic illness and caregiving. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and I enjoy supporting clients of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Life’s greatest challenges can be powerful opportunities for healing, growth, and transformation. When you're ready to talk about how I can support you, please schedule a free 15-minute video consultation through my website, www.skylightwellnesscenter.com. I am honored to walk beside you on your journey, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
