Live Well Counseling operates on the premise that in order to live well we have to feel well and in order to feel well we have to live well. Therapy can be a great way to learn new tools, feel supported, and find fulfillment and satisfaction in your life. I am invested in helping you reach your full potential by using a person centered and collaborative approach in a nonjudgmental therapeutic setting. One of my biggest goals as your therapist is to provide you with the tools to help you work with your mind instead of against it so you can have the life you deserve. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness approaches. Areas of specialty include generalized anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety (hypochondria), social anxiety, low self-esteem and difficult life transitions.
