While I use a wide variety of clinical techniques, the best therapy happens within a great therapeutic relationship. My clients often tell me they feel connected, understood, seen, and appreciated. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with a diverse array of clients struggling with all kinds of concerns, including: trauma couples counseling and relationships parenting life transitions women’s issues grief/loss anxiety sexuality and gender infertility/pregnancy career exploration and assessment I’m genuinely invested in every client who walks through my door.
