I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and meet with clients from allover California virtually. My therapeutic style is warm and compassionate, and I offer a heart-centered and eclectic approach to therapy. I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches, including humanistic/transpersonal, psychodynamic / dream therapy, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. In addition to being a licensed psychotherapist and trained in EMDR, I’m also certified in HeartMath and Yoga. Embrace your dreams and creativity! If you are interested, I invite you to embrace and explore your dreams for improved self-awareness, graceful guidance, healing, and creative flow. I also encourage you to journal throughout therapy. I specialize in working with clients ages 18-64. During this time I offer telehealth therapy, also known as secure video therapy, for residents throughout California.
