Introduction

As a single mom, a disabled individual, and a lover of people, making a difference has always mattered to me. At Fully You Therapy, we see our clients as the experts and ourselves as guides to their unique Journey towards Mental Health. I specialize in dissociation disorders, trauma and crisis, and Addiction Counseling. My favorite counseling techniques are talk therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Building a relationship of rapport, friendship, and trust, I believe, is key to the successful healing of my clients along with a natural inquisitive questioning vs. judgment of how, what, and why.
