I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia and Alabama and have been working as a therapist for 14 years. I have experience helping clients of all ages with a variety of issues and diagnoses, especially with those who have trauma, are recovering from addictions, coping with anxiety and depression, and moving through life changes. Over the years, I have developed a specialty in both addictions and women's issues, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am currently only seeing female clients at this time. I also have experience providing Christian counseling, using a biblical worldview to help individuals through difficulties while honoring their faith. I also I hope to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and aim to empower you in your journey.
