Introduction

My name is Anna Elise Loprieno, and I am a Master’s level Associate of Marriage and Family Therapy (AMFT #129147) with specialized training in Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) and evidence-based behavior modification using both Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Keeping a compassionate lens on ourselves can be hard to do while also watching out for life's inevitable curveballs.
